Salary:

CTC: 6 lpa

Note: Salary is negotiable and can be re-discussed in HR round. It depends on your profile and experience and you need to justify if you need a raise in salary.

Note: This job role will remain work from home even after covid-19 situation improves as we are working to make 70% of our workforce to Work From Home by 2024.

Hiring Workflow:

The interview process is split into 4 rounds. First we will shortlist candidates based on resume, then the shortlisted candidates will receive email for Round 2 where again on basis of performance candidates will be eliminated. The best performing people will get link for Round 3 again via email. Those who clear Round 3 exam will be selected for the job as there will be no elimination after this round. Then a background check verification will be done where the final shortlisted candidates will be submitting their documents for verification purposes and after that our HR department will get in touch with them and begin onboarding.

Round 1: CV Shortlisting

Round 2: Aptitude Test (Online MCQ based)

Round 3: Technical Exam / Coding Test (Online MCQ based)

Round 4: HR Round

Note: If a candidate tries to take the test multiple times he/she will be disqualified from the recruitment drive. You have only 1 attempt to complete your Round 2 and Round 3 test.

As this is a Work From Home job role so if the candidate requires, we will provide them with a laptop as well. We will send a form where you need to provide your address. This will be done after the completion of Round 3.
