Customer Support Agent Opening
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send weekly performance summaries to customers
- Communicate with and encourage problematic drivers to practise safe driving behaviour
- Provide training and coaching to customers as needed
- Prepare and submit weekly logbook reviews.
Required Qualifications:
- AMAZING communication and Interpersonal skills
- 2 Years of previous support and service experience
- Experience with Keep Truckin, Samsara, Geotab or similar telematics software. (willing to train)
- Experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Salesforce, and similar software
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Understanding of HoursofService Regulations (A Huge Asset, but willing to train)
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
